POLICY

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Your deposit will be deducted from your final service total.

• A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Appointments changed outside of the 48 hour cancellation period may have the existing deposit transferred to one new booking.

• Any cancellation or reschedule made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service total.

This amount will be charged to the card on file and must be paid in full before any future appointments can be made.

• Appointments may only be rescheduled a maximum of two times.

Any further changes will require a new booking and a new deposit.

BRIDAL

‍Please read the below information in regards to pricing, timing and travel and  further information on booking your wedding with me

Pricing: I only travel to bridal parties for groups 3 or more. More then 7 people will require the need to bring an assistant, or I am happy to work with another hairstylist if you can provide one. This is also dependent on what time you will all need to be ready, as this may also affect if there needs to be another artist.

Pricing:

Bridal Party - $220

Bridal Hair - $290

Travel - $80ph

*Sunday and Public Holiday weddings incur a 20% surcharge

Travel Fee: Bridal bookings come with a flat rate of $80 per hour from my home in Caulfield south.

This includes to and from the venue.

 Parking: If location incurs parking/valet charges, this is to be covered by the client.

Bridal Trials: It is essential that we complete a bridal trial prior to your wedding. The purpose of the bridal trial is to plan and create a look that you are comfortable with and feel confident in on your special day. It is also essential to do a trial, so I am able to get to know your hair and see how the hairstyle lasts, to ensure the hair lasts all day and night on the wedding day.

These are usually conducted around 3-6 months prior to your wedding however it's completely up to yourself when you’d like to book this.

Payment: After your bridal trial, a final price breakdown including travel fees will be sent to you. A 30% deposit is then required to lock in your day, and the remaining balance can be paid on the day with cash or eftpos.

Your date is held until after your bridal trial – once this is done I will then give you time to make a decision about if you’d like to go ahead with the booking, and we can then take deposits.
