Hairdressing has been my passion since I was a young girl. With 12 years of being in the industry, charlotte’s won multiple hair awards, along with creating hair for fashion runways, Red carpet events and doing workshops for event hairstyling.
I truly feel so lucky to do what I love every day. Born and raised in Melbourne, spending more than a decade in one of Melbourne’s leading salons, I took the leap to create CHARLOTTEJADE. A space in the heart of Hawthorn where every client can enjoy a relaxed, personalised experience and leave feeling confident, refreshed, and completely themselves.
My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you can slow down, feel looked after, and know you’re in good hands. Whether you’re visiting for your regular appointment, a complete transformation, or getting ready for one of the biggest days of your life, I’m committed to making your experience feel special from beginning to end.

The Studio
Founded in early 2026, my Hawthorn studio was created as a space that feels just as personal and considered as the work I create. I wanted somewhere with character, charm and a sense of warmth, a space that felt inspiring the moment you walked through the door.
That’s exactly what drew me to LACOLLECTIVE. Its unique character and creative atmosphere made it the perfect home for my studio and the next chapter of my hairdressing journey.
LACOLLECTIVE is also home to a beautiful mix of individual artists and creatives, each running their own small business. Being surrounded by other sol traders has been such a rewarding part of this new chapter. There’s a real sense of community, creativity and support that makes the space feel even more special.
